Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an Automation Test Lead for an onsite, long-term contract in Indianapolis to own end-to-end testing lifecycle, drive automation strategy, and ensure on-time releases.

You will lead a globally distributed QE team, collaborate with developers and product managers, implement CI/CD-integrated testing, and advocate AI-assisted testing practices to accelerate delivery.

Responsibilities

• Test planning strategies and define objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Oversee test case preparation, coverage, defect tracking and resolution.
• Lead automation framework design and CI/CD integration.
