Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• Minimum 5 years designing automated functional test systems in manufacturing.
• Experience with RF/microwave test methods and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Design for Testability guidance throughout product development and production release.
• Define and implement test/configuration strategies for new products with R&D.
• Develop comprehensive test plans to support quality and production efficiency.
• Drive project planning to ensure test solutions are ready before pilot and production launches.
• Partner with R&D and manufacturing to create production-ready test systems and tooling.
• Design, develop, and deploy automated test systems (hardware and software).
• Implement test automation for functional, performance, and configuration testing.
• Integrate measurement equipment into automated test environments.
• Validate/test systems for reliability and repeatability in production.
• Apply MUA and Gauge R&R to verify test accuracy.
