Waterstone Human Capital is seeking a Test Engineer to own automated test system infrastructure on the electronics manufacturing floor, bridging headquarters engineering and local production. Qualifications

• The candidate holds a technical Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience developing software for automated test equipment (ATE) in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong data analysis, logging, and diagnostic tooling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test plans, logging tools, and analysis systems for wireless features.
• Own production test station design, implementation, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with RF, systems, and quality teams to set performance thresholds.
• Work with software to augment test systems for new features and configurations.
• Perform advanced failure analysis and root-cause determination for escalations.
• Document procedures, configurations, and findings for teams.
