Qualifications

• Junior level status; GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development, installation, and sustains (ECO support) of test and inspection programs for one or multiple platforms.
• Assist in the development of Specific Function Training, Assembly Build Instructions, or other training to operate equipment.
• Support Operators and Technicians with troubleshooting and debugging test equipment and software; assist root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through data monitoring of yields and cost-down opportunities.
• Collaborate with planners and Supervisors to support production schedule priorities.
• Lead test/program acceptance and calibration/PM of equipment.
• Translate specifications/manuals into test procedures and record test results.
