Job summary

Moriroku Technology North America is seeking an Automation Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production automation equipment in a fast‑paced automotive manufacturing setting. You will work with Allen Bradley, Keyence, Cognex, and other PLCs, program vision systems, and support changeovers while ensuring ISO/IATF compliance and safe, reliable operation. Shifts may include days, evenings, or weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
• Experience with industrial automation in automotive manufacturing is required or preferred.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints; knowledge of PLCs and vision systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production automation equipment.
• Maintain and calibrate machines to OEM specifications.
• Program and optimize robot programs for part take-out and gate cut processes.
• Support changeovers and maintenance activities per schedule.
• Ensure safety, ISO, and IATF documentation compliance.
