Job summary

Amcor Limited is seeking a maintenance technician to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on automated equipment across production lines. The role involves setting up automation equipment, responding to down equipment, and designing control devices.

Comprehensive safety training, including Lockout Tagout and forklift, is required. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of related experience or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three to five years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on automated equipment.
• Set up automation equipment for mold/automation combinations.
• Support production with emergency equipment down requests.
• Design and manufacture equipment control devices.
• Rebuild equipment prime moving hardware.
• Perform preventative maintenance on automation equipment.
• Complete Lockout Tagout training; Forklift training completed.
