Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in industrial/manufacturing environments with electrical controls and automation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Routine Maintenance & Inspections: regular maintenance of electrical control systems including robots, PLCs, sensors, actuators.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: diagnose root causes and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Installation & Commissioning: assist with installation and commissioning of new automation equipment.
• Floor Support: provide hands-on support for new automation projects on the production floor.
• System Optimization: conduct testing and evaluations to improve automation performance.
• Daily Press Line Checks: verify setup and functionality of press lines each day.
• Reporting: generate detailed reports on system performance and maintenance tasks.
• Performance Monitoring & Recommendations: monitor operations and propose improvements.
• Safety & Compliance: follow safety protocols and company standards around high‑voltage equipment.
