- Requires an associate degree or electrical cert.
- Proficiency with Rockwell Automation and PCs.
- Experience with PLC programming, variable-speed drives, vision systems, servo-systems, sensors, and relay ladder logic.
- Panel-view/FactoryTalk or similar operator interface programming experience.
- Experience performing preventive and non-routine maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC, vision systems, and other automated control systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems, overhaul production machinery and build experimental setups.
- Provide troubleshooting support for manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot motor/drive controller issues.
- Support internal projects.
