This hands-on role covers shipping, receiving, inventory control, and facilities management, requiring problem-solving, physical stamina, and a proactive approach to safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific field related to pharmacy or lab work.
• Experience with maintenance software (CMMS) and inventory systems.
• Regulatory mindset and adherence to safety/quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and equipment including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lab devices.
• Coordinate vendor repairs and manage shipping/receiving operations to prevent downtime.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper waste management in line with OSHA/EPA guidelines.
