Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of vocational school with emphasis in pneumatics/hydraulics, electrical, or mechanical studies preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform emergency repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance on automation equipment.
• Assist with installation, setup and validation of new automation equipment.
• Diagnose malfunctions, replace parts, test and adjust systems.
• Read OEM manuals, wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Collaborate with automation engineering to implement process improvements.
• Support shift leader in maintaining product quality through proper machine operation.
• Maintain spare parts inventory with proper cataloging.
• Provide timely downtime and maintenance issue notifications to shift lead.
• Review line history and documentation to improve line efficiency.
• Keep equipment logbooks up to date with repair details.
• Participate in West HSE programs and maintain 5S standards.
• Assist in training personnel on new processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
