Job summary

Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. is seeking an Automation Technician III in Santee, California. This role involves inspecting, testing, adjusting, and repairing automation devices and systems. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in automation with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical fields.

The position offers a competitive pay range of $46 - $56 per hour and includes benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with retirement and savings plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight (8) years of direct automation experience with control systems and programming.
• Working knowledge of at least three HVAC controls systems (preferably Delta, JCI, or Andover).
• Experience with control system architecture design, programming, or maintenance desired.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, adjust, and repair automation devices and systems.
• Analyze systems and develop scope of work for controls implementation.
• Interface with installation/maintenance team for installations and repairs.

Skills

Direct automation experience with control systems and programming

Knowledge of HVAC controls systems

Verbal and written communication skills

Engineering skills in electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics

Computer skills and understanding of controls networking

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
