• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, calibration, and operation checks on automation systems.
• Troubleshoot automation hardware, software, and process issues to minimize downtime and restore functionality.
• Assist with installation, qualification, and validation activities for new automation platforms.
• Maintain equipment documentation, calibration and validation records per quality system requirements.
• Collaborate with QA, engineering, and vendors to support maintenance and upgrades.
