You will work under general supervision, perform troubleshooting, document configurations, and train customers on start-up and maintenance. The position offers comprehensive US-based benefits and requires 1–3 years of hardware/automation experience.

Formación

• 1-3 years of hardware/automation experience.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot hardware, wiring and software issues.
• Travels to customer locations as necessary to provide service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attends regular ongoing education as scheduled by the employer or manufacturer of equipment.
• Experience with automation equipment including barcode readers, machine vision, control systems, robots is a plus.
