TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Production Automation Technician in White, GA to maintain and optimize automated manufacturing systems. The role emphasizes safe operation, machine cleanliness, and basic fault troubleshooting to support high-quality output.

The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for up to 12 hours, and willingness to work nights and weekends as needed. Overtime and training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds without restriction.
• Able to stand for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Willingness to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as necessary.

Responsabilités

• Ensure cleanliness of automated machines and components.
• Collaborate with team coordinators, operators, and technicians to address production needs or special requests.
• Maintain required productivity levels to meet production targets.
• Respond quickly to machine faults and alarms, resolving basic issues and escalating when necessary.
• Report issues that require advanced technical intervention to line supervisors.
• Produce products that meet established quality standards, minimizing defects.
• Monitor standard equipment settings and escalate deviations for adjustment.
• Assist other operators during breaks and provide coverage for additional work areas as needed.
• Follow standardized work instructions and adhere to all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
