Job Description: The Automation Technician supports production by monitoring, and adjusting equipment, as necessary, displaying efforts towards process improvements to reduce or eliminate scrap, improve productivity, maintain specified quality standards, and add value to the product. This job description lists major areas of responsibility and additional job activities may be added at any time.

3rd Shift Hours: Sunday to Thursday 11:00pm-7:00am

Duties and Responsibilities

• Unjam and restart automated assembly processes
• Set-up and start-up automated production equipment
• Maintain production standards as needed
• Perform and record routine inspections

• Maintain order and cleanliness of department

Education, Skills, and Experience

• High school diploma, or equivalent, required

• Proficient communication skills with multiple levels of employees
