Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in Wisconsin near Brookfield is seeking an Automation Technician on the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 11:00pm–7:00am). You will monitor and adjust automated production equipment to sustain throughput and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience.

• Effective communication with multiple levels of staff.
• Basic metrology knowledge and measuring techniques.

Responsibilities

• Unjam and restart automated assembly processes.
• Set up and start up automated production equipment.
• Maintain production standards and quality checks.
• Perform and record routine inspections.
• Record data for inter-shift communication.
• Maintain department order and cleanliness.
• Assist in material handling as needed.
• Contribute to TPM list and equipment modifications.
