Base pay range

$27.02/hr - $37.15/hr

To support our teams building great products and contributing to our growth, we’re looking to add an Automation Technician located in Libertyville, IL.

Reporting to the Production Support Engineer, the Automation Technician role involves providing automation engineering services, including high-speed assembly equipment and manufacturing systems.

What a typical day looks like:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all subsystems and related components.
• Ensure preventative maintenance of robotic and process support equipment is completed regularly.
• Collaborate with the automation team in qualifying automated systems.
• Record procedures, results, data, and recommendations for changes.
• Maintain software, documentation, and equipment to the latest standards.
• Use power tools and measuring equipment properly.
• Maintain strong safety awareness.

The experience we’re looking for:

• Typically requires an Associate’s degree, military training, vocational training, or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 4+ years of related experience.
• Prior experience in equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of pneumatic systems.
