Job summary

Wood is seeking a Senior Automation Technical Professional based in Borger, Texas, with a strong background in Honeywell DCS and Triconex SIS. You will participate in designing and implementing automation systems for oil and gas and process industry projects, supporting front‑end engineering and commissioning.

This role includes reviewing project schedules and cost estimates, assisting procurement with vendor lists and technical evaluations, and traveling to customer sites for project

Qualifications

• Ability to travel up to 25% for project execution and site work.
• Experience with Honeywell DCS and Triconex SIS is highly preferred.

The Role

Participate in designing and implementing automation systems for oil & gas and process industry projects, engaging in all project phases from front-end engineering to commissioning. Support site surveys, FATs, SATs, and commissioning activities, while reviewing project schedules and cost estimates. Assist procurement with vendor lists, requisitions, and technical evaluations, and travel to customer locations for project implementation (25%).
