Job summary
Siemens Digital Industries Automation Internship Program—Technical Consulting Track is a 12-week summer internship designed for engineering students. Based at DI Automation hubs including Harleysville, PA, Alpharetta, GA, Elk Grove Village, IL, and Lebanon, OH, this program develops technical consulting skills and business acumen.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering or related technical field.
- Available to work 40 hours per week, May 17–Aug 6, 2027.
- Willing to relocate to DI Automation hubs; travel up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Apply engineering knowledge to learn Siemens DI Automation products and connect solutions to manufacturing challenges.
- Research customer needs and trends in industries; match technologies to opportunities.
- Analyze data across market segments to identify growth areas.
- Develop strategic discovery questions for sales and technical teams.
- Create technical marketing and enablement materials demonstrating Siemens solutions.
- Translate complex solutions into easy-to-understand content for OEMs or partners.
