Job summary

FANUC America is seeking Manufactured Automated Systems Technicians to layout, build and test state-of-the-art automated systems on the manufacturing floor. You will work with robots, conveyors, guarding, and related components and must understand engineering drawings and schematics.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in related fields, basic automation knowledge, and proficiency with basic tools. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and collaboration with manufacturing teams, with growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and/or vocational training in electrical systems or automation technology.
• 1–2 yrs. exp in related field.
• Basic understanding of automation systems principles.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and diagrams.
• Proficiency in using basic hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Productivity – meet project schedule with team.
• Manpower – assist supervision to assign labor skills for tasks.
• Process Management – work with Manufacturing Engineering to audit progress.
• Quality Inspection – update plans and ensure workmanship standards.
• Tooling – manage own tools and secure them when not in use.
