Job summary

Adaptec Solutions LLC is seeking an Automation Technician to work hands-on with conveyors, robotics, and packaging equipment across customer sites. You will troubleshoot, repair, and grow automation skills with FANUC training and certification programs. Each day presents new plants, systems, and challenges.

The role requires travel, strong communication, and the ability to read mechanical and electrical prints. Training opportunities and a safety-driven culture are offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years FANUC programming and troubleshooting experience.
• Must be able to travel domestically, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel.
• High school diploma or GED; technical school preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair automated systems (conveyors, robotics, packaging).
• Program, remaster, and support FANUC robots.
• Replace motors, gearboxes, servos, amplifiers, and components.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Document work and manage work orders in E-360.
• Travel to customer sites for installations and maintenance.
