IGT is a global leader in gaming seeking a Network Automation Engineer to plan, operate, and optimize automation systems, with a focus on reports and vendor coordination. You will ensure SLA adherence in a complex IT environment and contribute to ongoing improvements.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor in Engineering or CS, with strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Travel readiness and gaming license eligibility are valued alongside experience with IGT systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management.
• Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability Travel and able to obtain a Gaming License.
• Good working knowledge of hardware and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain Automation Systems with supervision from senior engineers.
• Develop and implement optimized automation systems.
• Develop and distribute automated reports and adhoc reports.
• Schedule, plan, and perform periodic maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to meet SLA requirements.
