Job summary

IGT is seeking a Systems Engineer IV (Technical Account Manager) to lead architecture, engineering, and implementation of enterprise gaming solutions and infrastructure. You will influence cross-functional teams, drive modernization, and mentor engineering staff to ensure highly available, secure, and scalable environments across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
• 7+ years of experience leading technical implementations or infrastructure projects.
• Expert experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft SQL Server, enterprise networking, virtualization, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture reviews and technical governance across multi-team initiatives.
• Design secure, scalable, highly available customer environments across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead large-scale migrations, platform upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
• Drive cybersecurity initiatives, vulnerability management, security hardening, and compliance assessments.
• Provide executive communications during significant incidents and customer escalations.
• Lead development of automation and AI initiatives to reduce operational effort and improve service quality.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to strategic customers and executives.
