Job summary

IGT in Las Vegas is seeking a Network Automation Engineer to plan, implement, and optimize automation of networks, monitoring, and tool support across platforms. You will work with senior engineers to analyze incidents and drive improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor in Engineering or CS, hands-on experience with Windows/AIX/SQL Server, and strong customer service and communication skills; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience in technical IS and technical support.
• Knowledge and experience of IGT gaming systems.
• Working knowledge of Windows 2003/2008, AIX Unix, SQL Server 2005/2008 and Microsoft Office Suite 2007.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform network automation activities with minimal supervision.
• Assist in planning, daily operation, and maintenance of Automation Systems.
• Prepare concise reports with results and recommendations.
• Develop and implement optimized automation systems.
• Distribute automated and adhoc reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and other IT teams.
• Ensure compliance with IGT policies and standards.
