You will design robust control architectures, integrate servo drives, vision systems, and robotic platforms, and work with mechanical and project teams to deliver reliable automation and optimized manufacturing performance.

Strong documentation and hands-on commissioning are essential.

Formación

• 2-4 years in industrial controls programming and system integration.
• Proficiency in PLC ladder logic and HMI on platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Omron.
• Ability to read, interpret, and modify complex electrical drawings.
• Willingness to travel ~25% to support field installations and customer startups.

• Integrate diverse industrial components, including servo drives, vision systems, and robotic platforms, to meet rigorous operational requirements.
• Interpret and refine electrical schematics to ensure high-quality system documentation and seamless field implementation.
• Execute hands-on commissioning and startup activities at customer sites, ensuring equipment meets all functional specifications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical and project teams to deliver innovative, reliable automation solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electromechanical issues, providing root-cause analysis to minimize downtime.
• Maintain precise documentation of system configurations and programming modifications to support long-term equipment reliability.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in industrial controls programming and system integration.
• Proficiency in PLC ladder logic and HMI development using platforms like Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Omron.
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and modify complex electrical drawing sets.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting industrial automation equipment, including VFDs and motion control.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% to support field installations and customer startups.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience with industrial robot programming (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB) and machine vision systems.
• Proven track record in supporting custom machinery or high-speed automated manufacturing lines.
• Familiarity with CAD software for electrical design and documentation.
