Job summary

Hy-Tek Intralogistics is seeking an Automation Support Engineer to maximize customer satisfaction through field service operations, remote troubleshooting, and on-site support for mechanical and electrical issues. The role includes development work in the innovation lab when not on-site.

The ASE will participate in installation supervision, perform planned maintenance, and contribute to R&D for innovative automation solutions in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical, electrical and/or programming experience in automation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret service manuals.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Proficient knowledge of AMR, G2P, P2G or similar automation.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional image to customers and vendors.
• Perform system troubleshooting and resolution for innovative systems (AMR, G2P, P2G, etc).
• Provide mechanical, electrical and/or programming troubleshooting.
• Perform planned maintenance procedures as scheduled.
• Assist in installation supervision and system controls/programming.
• Maintain safety and PPE compliance.
• Contribute to R&D for innovative solutions.
