Job summary

NOV is a leading provider of technology, equipment, and services to the global oil and gas industry. The Automation team seeks a technically skilled professional to provide onshore support, advise field personnel, and manage documentation for reliability and performance of NOV Rig Systems equipment.

Primary responsibilities include analyzing and troubleshooting client issues, coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Workshops, and Rentals, and maintaining rigorous data in tracking systems.

Qualifications

• Must resolve a wide variety of technical issues using current knowledge and external resources.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Able to read mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide onshore technical guidance to field personnel.
• Interface with Customers and internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Workshops, Rentals).
• Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Follow up on client issues until resolved.
• Comply with NOV policies and HSE procedures.
