Job summary

Sukup Manufacturing Co. is seeking an Application Engineer to support Ramco Innovations’ product line. You will assist with pre-sales and post-sales activities, including product demonstrations, system integration discussions, and technical troubleshooting for customers.

The role involves designing and sizing motion control solutions, preparing quotations, and traveling to customer sites to ensure successful deployments and support. A technical degree with related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 1-3 years related experience.
Experience sizing, selecting, and quoting motion control systems.
Strong communication and willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers for Ramco products and solutions.
Prepare accurate bills of materials and quotations for products, systems, and services.
Assist with demo process (build, dispatch, maintain) for use by technical support, outside sales, and customers.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with key customers and suppliers.
Develop and conduct product training/information sessions.
