This role partners with IT, the Graduate School, and research offices to connect data sources and implement scalable automation across campus systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computing field or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Suite or similar tools.
• 3+ years of experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI or other tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase)

Responsibilities

• Develop PowerApps and Power Automate solutions to meet business requirements and remain flexible across platforms.
• Connect data from Oracle, MariaDB, RedShift, Dataverse, SharePoint, and other sources.
• Design, implement, test, troubleshoot, and maintain complex business logic and workflows using Power Automate or similar software.
• Communicate with nontechnical users to translate requests into concrete automation requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for flows and automation.
• Lead technical aspects of the system and coordinate with campus units like IT, HR, and finance as needed.
• Provide guidance and training to staff as a subject matter expert.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computing field

Graduate degree in computing fields, information sciences, similar field is preferred
