Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• 2+ years of managerial/leadership experience.
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong product/technology/industry knowledge.
• Ability to prioritize projects and deliverables.
• Experience with structured application development and change control methodologies.
• Experience with object oriented analysis and design.

Responsibilities

• Leads projects and is accountable for successful technical implementation of business software applications.
• Assembles project plans, monitors work efforts daily, performs quality reviews, and escalates issues.
• Develops or guides governance documents that explain objectives, scope, approach, and timeline.
• Coordinates IT processes and resources to deploy new solutions.
• Prepares project status presentations for sponsors and IT executives.
• Tracks milestones and adjusts plans to meet objectives.
• Ensures adherence to governance standards and methodologies.
• Oversees multiple cross-functional projects and reports progress and problems.
• Ensures coding standards and change control processes are followed.
• Performs performance reviews for direct reports.
