Qualifications

• Ability to remove, install and set up automation equipment for mold changes.
• Willingness to enter apprenticeship program as openings develop.
• Able to push/pull loads as part of a team.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and climb ladders.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work in elevated or awkward positions.

Responsibilities

• Remove, install, and set up automation equipment for mold changes.
• Check equipment for proper operation prior to production startup.
• Clean equipment prior to mold changes.
• Maintain tape machines and banding equipment for molding.
• Maintain chutes and tie bar covers and ensure cleanliness of storage areas.
• Assist with daily department operations and preventive maintenance.
