Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in OR or industrial engineering with quantitative focus.
• Proficient in Python/SQL and production-quality code.
• Experience with discrete event simulation or Monte Carlo methods.
• Ability to translate scheduling logic into automated, maintainable systems.

Responsibilities

• Fully automate large parts of the industrial engineering role.
• Design, build, and maintain automation for full schedule management across platforms.
• Implement and maintain one integrated master schedule for the Protofactory.
• Build automated workflows connecting tickets, M&E deliveries, production starts, bar charts, and reporting.
• Develop advanced simulation models to test schedule scenarios and identify bottlenecks.
• Create data pipelines and dashboards for real-time schedule visibility.
• Collaborate with the Protofactory Master Scheduler to translate scheduling logic into automated systems.
• Apply operations research methods to production planning problems.
