Qualifications

• Experience with supporting large-scale, multi-tiered, distributed software applications and services.
• Experience with programming languages including SQL, PowerShell, Perl, Bash, Python, PHP, or Ruby.
• Experience maintaining database servers such as MySQL or Oracle; Troubleshooting in Windows/Linux/Unix environments.

Responsibilities

• Build tools that automate and streamline processes for fleet operations.
• Respond to large scale events involving fleets and diagnose software/system failures.
• Mentor engineers and assist in training new engineers.
• Provide daytime first-line support for operational tickets across software teams.
• Propose and implement automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Query SQL Server databases and support corporate infrastructure systems.
• Provide technical consultation to internal customers.
