Job summary

Rexel USA in Hollywood, FL is seeking an Industrial Automation Sales Manager to drive growth in central Florida. You will be the strategic face of Rexel to new and existing industrial customers, translating objectives into measurable results with Rockwell and related technologies.

You will lead a focused sales team, develop and execute plans, engage with executive decision makers, and build scalable processes using CRM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in electrical distribution, industrial automation preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team is preferred.
• Rockwell Automation partnerships experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategy to expand automation business in the region.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to grow profitable revenue.
• Engage with executive decision makers at key customers.
• Manage CRM-driven funnel and sales processes.
• Collaborate with supplier initiatives and growth sectors.
