Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Automation Internship Program – Sales Track offers a 12-week summer internship (May 17, 2026 – August 6, 2027) designed to build B2B sales skills and understanding of go-to-market strategies in the industrial automation sector. The program is based at DI Automation hubs including Harleysville, PA, and prepares you for potential full-time pathways after graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s in a technical or business field with relevant coursework
• Available to work 40 hours per week May 17–Aug 6
• Interest in pursuing a long-term career in technical sales or business development
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to relate technical concepts to customers

Responsibilities

• Shadow experienced sales professionals in DI Automation sales teams
• Develop customer-facing presentations translating engineering concepts into value-driven solutions
• Support sales activities, participate in meetings, and track opportunities in CRM
• Research customers and industries, documenting needs and buying behaviors
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales processes using new technologies and AI-driven solutions
