MSS Solutions, LLC is expanding its team in Raleigh, NC, seeking an Automation Sales Engineer to lead sales strategies for Commercial and Industrial markets, identify opportunities, and build strong client relationships. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of Commercial/Industrial Controls Sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of applied controls equipment systems and Building Automation Systems.
• Proficient communication and negotiation abilities.
• Solid financial acumen and decision-making skills.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies for assigned Commercial and Industrial markets.
• Identify sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Develop multiple relationships with customers to facilitate sales success.
• Perform sales interviews to determine client needs and qualify opportunities.
• Survey and appraise mechanical systems including Controls and BAS.
• Prepare solutions estimates, proposals and presentations.
• Manage proposals to close sales and maintain backlog.
• Achieve annual sales targets for your market.
• Provide management with required sales reporting.
