Job summary

Amazon seeks a technical leader to drive automation and data intelligence across D2E supply chain operations. Lead initiatives to automate redundancy, establish S&OP functions, and design scalable forecasting models for asset availability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions, manage risks, and communicate program results to senior leadership while shaping automated, scalable processes at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 5+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program management for large-scale automation initiatives that eliminate redundant tasks and improve operational efficiency across D2E functions
• Partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams to establish Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) functions for Asset Availability, including data requirements and forecasting models
• Create technical requirements and architectural designs for automation solutions, collaborating with science and engineering teams to deliver scalable systems
• Lead cross-functional alignment between supply chain operations, data science, and engineering teams to identify optimization opportunities and implement data-driven solutions
• Proactively identify risks and dependencies across complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving resolution of technical and operational blockers
