Qualifications
- High School diploma and 4+ years in automotive/manufacturing with robotics and automation.
- Experience with in-line stamping, PLCs, vision systems, and automated assembly.
- Strong communication, analysis and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to new product and project programs for stamped metal parts.
- Collaborate with customers, production and engineering teams on automation.
- Troubleshoot PLC/robotics issues and implement counter measures.
- Support prototype builds, equipment installations and program launches.
- Oversee new program launches and manage project KPI’s.
