Job summary

Xpansiv, a leader in energy markets, seeks a motivated Quality Assurance Intern to help expand the automated testing framework for the Xpansiv Power platform. Reporting to a Product Manager, you will work with QA, Engineering, and product teams to improve quality, test coverage, and release reliability across a complex energy market platform.

You will contribute to automation initiatives, manage non-production test data and assets, and develop automated tests validating backend APIs and web UI

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in CS/SE/IS or related field.
• Experience with programming languages (Python/JavaScript/C#/Java).
• Understanding of SDLC and software testing concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management, QA, and Engineering to design automated testing solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and improve automated test scripts for web UIs and backend APIs.
• Define and implement processes for non-production test data, test accounts, assets, and environments.
• Create, execute, and maintain automated functional, integration, and regression test suites.
• Review test results, document defects, and support troubleshooting and defect resolution.
• Assist with validating new features, bug fixes, and releases against requirements.
