Job summary

Xpansiv is seeking a curious Product Management Intern to support the development and adoption of AI-enabled products and workflow automation initiatives across the organization.

Working closely with the SVP, Strategic Projects and cross-functional partners, the intern will help identify high-value use cases, translate business needs into clear product requirements, support rapid prototyping, and measure the impact of AI-powered solutions.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in undergrad or grad program in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated interest in AI-enabled products, automation, or tech-driven transformation.
• Foundational understanding of product management practices and MVP definition.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities to simplify workflows and improve user experience.
• Document requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs.
• Support discovery, prototyping, testing, and rollout of AI concepts and dashboards.
• Conduct user research and stakeholder interviews to validate assumptions.
• Develop frameworks to measure AI product success and adoption.
