Job summary

Career Soft Solutions Inc in Hartford, CT is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to build and maintain Playwright/Selenium-based automation frameworks and test harnesses, and develop automated tests for APIs, backend services, and end-to-end workflows.

You will validate conversational AI experiences (voice and chat), integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with Product, Architecture and Engineering to ensure test coverage and platform reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience with Playwright or Selenium-based automation frameworks and test harnesses.
• Automation testing for APIs, backend services, and end-to-end workflows.
• Conversational AI testing experience (Voice & Chat) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation frameworks and test harnesses.
• Develop automated tests for APIs, backend services, and end-to-end workflows.
• Validate conversational AI experiences including voice and chat interactions, intent recognition, multi-turn conversations, and AI agent workflows.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines and support release quality activities.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to define test coverage and quality standards.
• Support AI/LLM testing, response validation, and overall platform reliability.
