Job summary

CTG, a Cegeka company, is seeking a Quality Engineer – Automation for a 12-month engagement in Dallas, TX. The role designs, develops, and maintains automated testing solutions for IT systems and applications, and integrates test automation into CI/CD within Agile/DevOps environments.

You will create test scenarios, manage test data and environments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing strategies and software quality while supporting containerized environments.

Qualifications

Experience designing automated testing solutions for web apps and APIs.
Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and managing test data and environments.
Ability to troubleshoot automated tests and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain, and optimize automated testing solutions for IT systems and applications.
Create automated test scenarios, scripts, and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and software quality.
Integrate test automation into CI/CD and software delivery processes within Agile and DevOps environments.
Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing; analyze results and troubleshoot defects.
Manage test data, test environments, and automation configurations.
Collaborate with development, QA, and delivery teams to improve testing strategies and processes.
Support modern testing practices, including containerized environments.
