Job summary

True Rx Health Strategists is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer focused on automation and business processes to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks across applications and workflows.

You will create functional, regression, and end-to-end tests, monitor pipelines, and expand coverage for high-risk processes, collaborating with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure reliable systems and high quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in QA, test automation, or related discipline (3–5 years).
• Hands-on with automation tools/frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG).
• Experience with SQL and data validation techniques.
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts for application and business process validation.
• Create and execute functional, regression, and end-to-end test cases.
• Monitor automated test pipelines, troubleshoot failures, and improve test reliability.
• Expand automation coverage for high-risk business processes.
• Validate business rules and system workflows through automated testing.
• Analyze results, identify defects, and provide recommendations.
• Develop realistic test data reflecting real-world scenarios and edge cases.
• Report on quality metrics, trends, and automation effectiveness.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to define testing strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in planning, requirements reviews, and UAT readiness activities.
• Communicate testing outcomes and risks clearly to teams and leadership.
• Maintain documentation for test cases, frameworks, and quality standards.
• Support training and knowledge sharing across teams.
