Ease Health, Inc. is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test to own automated testing across the stack and integrate it into CI/CD pipelines. You will design tests for non-deterministic AI features and LLM outputs within clinical workflows, identifying edge cases, race conditions, and compliance gaps before customers are touched.

You will collaborate with engineers to test features during development, establish testing philosophy, and promote an automation-first culture across the team.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience (ideally 8+) in software engineering or test automation.
• Sharp, fast problem solving and the curiosity to learn how behavioral health workflows really work.
• Deep ownership: you take it personally when something broken reaches a customer.
• Solid engineering fundamentals and an automation-first instinct.
• Interest or experience in evaluating AI systems.
• You want to work hard on problems that matter.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain automated testing across the stack and wire it into CI/CD so we ship with confidence
• Design ways to test non-deterministic systems: LLM outputs, agents, and AI features in clinical workflows
• Find the edge cases, race conditions, and compliance gaps in billing and scheduling before customers do
• Work with engineers while features are being built, not after
• Set our testing philosophy and the tools the whole team uses
