Job summary

LVI Associates in Van Wert, OH is partnering with a growing automation systems integrator to hire a Project Manager who will lead custom automation and machine-building projects from kickoff through commissioning.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of project management experience in automation, manufacturing, or capital equipment, with strong customer communication and the ability to coordinate controls, mechanical, manufacturing, and vendor teams. PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in automation, manufacturing, or capital equipment projects.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project deliverables.
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own project scope, budget, schedule, and overall execution.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate controls, mechanical, manufacturing, and vendor teams.
• Manage project risks, scope changes, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead project meetings, reporting, and milestone tracking; ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.
