Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering field or applicable experience.
• 0–3 years in manufacturing with automation process development.
• Strong knowledge of automation/electrical design with PM experience in the communications industry.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is a must.
• Ability to work independently and in teams; manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with US internal units and AJET team in China.
• Communicate project tooling, machines and R&D needs to China HQ.
• Summarize information for the AJET team and provide timely feedback to customers.
• Lead scope, schedule and budget development for multiple projects.
• Travel up to 40% to manufacturing sites globally, including China.
