Job summary

Thermo Systems LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex automation and control-system projects in energy, life sciences, and mission-critical environments. You will manage schedules, budgets, and interfaces with customers, subcontractors, and engineering teams from planning through commissioning and closeout.

The role emphasizes delivering safely, on schedule, and within budget while aligning with contractual commitments and PMO standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex industrial or systems integration projects.
• PMP certification or progress toward certification preferred.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and project documentation on active job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through defined phases from execution to closeout.
• Ensure gate readiness with required deliverables and approvals.
• Develop and manage execution plans, schedules, and budgets per PMO standards.
• Serve as primary customer interface for assigned projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field services.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and change control.
• Provide timely project reporting using PMO tools.
• Support installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance activities.
• Promote safety, quality, and accountability.
