Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to manage multi-million dollar projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary designs and specifications for engineering and materials, and prepare cost estimates.
• Conduct feasibility studies to ensure viable, cost-effective designs.
• Validate field work and create as-built drawings documenting outcomes.
• Guide vendors/contractors and manage project execution to meet schedules.
• Coordinate schedules with plant personnel, vendors, and contractors.
• Ensure installation plans meet utility requirements and timelines.
• Review consultant work and provide actionable adjustments.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
• Prepare RFP scopes, evaluate proposals, and select best approaches.
• Monitor installations to align with budgets and proposals.
