Job summary

Thermo Systems is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support automation and control-system projects from execution through commissioning and closeout. You will assist with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget targets.

Ideal candidates have 0–3+ years in industrial automation or systems integration, strong communication, and a working knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience in engineering, PM, business, or related field.
• 0–3+ years of experience supporting project delivery in industrial, automation, or systems integration environments.
• Familiarity with structured project execution methods and lifecycle practices.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned projects from execution through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field services.
