Custom Fabricating & Repair, Inc. seeks an Automation Programmer to design, program and startup sanitary stainless-steel equipment for dairy customers. Travel 30–50% is required, with lodging arranged by CFR.

Qualifications

• BS in Automation/Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of automation programming experience.
• Experience in dairy/food industries preferred.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% is required.

Responsibilities

• Program PLCs (Allen Bradley ControlLogix/CompactLogix) and perform HMI programming.
• Support design, engineering, startup and commissioning of CFR equipment.
• Read and develop electrical schematics and process flows.
• Coordinate with automation/process engineers and customers.
